please let us know. We would ask, however, that you first make sure that
the problem is repeatable and not transient and perhaps due to some local
computer malfunction. The more information you can send us about the
situation in which the problem became apparent, the more likely it is that
we shall be able to help you. For example, send us, if possible, the input
data in the form of a text document attached to your email.
We shall also be glad to receive your comments on our
products and services, hopefully positive, but if not, please at least try
to be constructive. It really is our aim to serve and satisfy you.
