Mineral Master© Licence Agreement (single-platform)

This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and the owners of the
Mineral Master© software. BY OPENING THIS SEALED DISK PACKAGE, YOU ARE AGREEING
TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to the
terms of this agreement, do not open the disk package. Promptly return the
unopened disk package and the other items (including written materials,
containers and packaging) to the place you obtained them for a refund.

Mineral Master© License Agreement

(single-user)

1. OWNERSHIP: The Mineral Master Software Program© (the "SOFTWARE") and
the Mineral Master Databases© (the "DATABASES") are owned by D.G.W Smith
and Micronex Ltd. (the "OWNERS").

2. GRANT OF LICENCE: The OWNERS grant you the right to use one copy of the
SOFTWARE and DATABASES on a single terminal connected to a single computer
(i.e., with a single CPU). You may not network the SOFTWARE and DATABASES
or otherwise use them on more than one computer terminal at the same time.

3. COPYRIGHT: The SOFTWARE and DATABASES are protected by Canadian and
international copyright laws and treaty provisions. Therefore, you must
treat the SOFTWARE and DATABASES like any other copyrighted material
(e.g., a book or musical recording) except that you may install the
SOFTWARE to a single hard disk provided you keep the original solely for
backup or archival purposes. You may not reproduce any written materials
accompanying the software.

4. OTHER RESTRICTIONS: You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE and
DATABASES, but you may transfer them and any accompanying written
materials on a permanent basis provided you retain no copies and the
recipient agrees to the terms of this agreement. You may not reverse
engineer, decompile or disassemble the SOFTWARE.

Limited Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY: The OWNERS warrant that the SOFTWARE and DATABASES will
perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written
materials, for a period of 90 days from the date of receipt. Any implied
warranties on the SOFTWARE and DATABASES are limited to 90 days. Some
jurisdictions do not allow limitations on duration of an implied warranty,
so the above limitation may not apply to you.

CUSTOMER REMEDIES: The OWNERS' entire liability and your exclusive remedy
shall be, at the OWNERS' option, either (a) return of the price paid or
(b) repair or replacement of the SOFTWARE or DATABASES that does not meet
the OWNERS' Limited Warranty and which is returned to the OWNERS with a
copy of your receipt. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the
SOFTWARE or DATABASES has resulted from accident, abuse or misapplication.
Any replacement SOFTWARE or DATABASES will be warranted for the remainder
of the original warranty period or for 30 days, whichever is the longer.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES: The OWNERS disclaim all other warranties, either
express or implied including, but not limited to, implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the
SOFTWARE, DATABASES and any accompanying written materials. This Limited
Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have others which vary
with jurisdictions.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: In no event shall the OWNERS or
their suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without
limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption,
loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the
use of or inability to use this product, even if the OWNERS have been
advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some jurisdictions do
not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or
incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the province of Alberta, Canada.
